Who handles your information
AREYCI INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, based in the Philippines, handles enquiries received through this website. For questions about this notice or your information, email [email protected].
Information you provide
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address, requested service, and project description. You may also provide your company, phone number, budget range, and preferred contact method. We use these details to understand the enquiry, respond, discuss potential work, and keep relevant business correspondence.
Please do not include passwords, identity documents, confidential client records, patient records, or sensitive legal documents in an initial enquiry.
How the form works
Typing into the form does not automatically submit your information. Form values remain in the current page; the website does not save a draft in browser storage. When you select Submit Inquiry, the website validates the information and attempts delivery to AREYCI only if online delivery is available.
When configured, the form uses Resend as an email delivery service. That service processes the information needed to deliver the message to our business mailbox. If delivery is unavailable or cannot be confirmed, the website displays an error instead of claiming success. You can also contact us directly using the email or phone links.
Technical information and spam prevention
The form endpoint temporarily uses a hash of the connection IP address to limit submission attempts and checks a hidden field to reduce automated spam. Attempt records expire after 15 minutes and are kept in application memory. Our hosting and email services may also process connection information and operational logs under their own service arrangements.
Cookies, analytics, and external links
This website does not currently include advertising trackers, visitor analytics scripts, or a marketing-cookie system. If those features are added, this notice and any necessary choices should be updated. Links to Facebook or other external services take you to websites with their own privacy practices. An email link opens your email application.
Access, service providers, and retention
Enquiry information is intended for AREYCI and the service providers needed to operate the website and deliver correspondence. We do not sell enquiry information. Hosting and email providers may process information in countries outside the Philippines.
We retain relevant enquiry correspondence while discussing the project and for as long as needed for the resulting business relationship, recordkeeping, or applicable obligations. A separate project agreement may address data handling for commissioned software. Contact us if an enquiry is no longer relevant and you would like us to review its retention.
Your requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your enquiry, or to raise a concern about its handling. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable recordkeeping obligations before acting.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when the website’s data-handling practices change. This notice covers the AREYCI company website; product-specific data handling may require separate notices and agreements.
